User Data Deletion Instructions
At New Generation, we value your privacy and comply with Meta’s Platform Terms by providing a clear path for users to request the deletion of their data.
If you have interacted with the Violet Bot and wish to have your personal data removed from our systems, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Data Deletion:
Method 1: Direct Messenger Request
Go to the Violet Cosmetic Facebook Page.
Open the Messenger chat window.
Send a message with the phrase: "Delete my data" or "حذف بياناتي".
Our system will flag your ID, and our administrator will manually remove your records (Name, Phone, and Address) from our Google Sheets database within 48 hours.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to [Your Agency Email].
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Violet Bot".
Provide the name used in the Messenger interaction.
We will confirm the deletion of your personal data and associated Facebook PSID from our servers within 2 business days.
What data is deleted? Upon request, we permanently erase your Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address, and all interaction logs associated with your Facebook user ID from our internal storage.
